HP Pavilion TX1420US Entertainment 12.1" Notebook PC
AMD Turion 64 X2 Dual-Core TL-64 2.2GHz / 3GB RAM / 250GB Hard Drive / Touch-screen / Geforce Go 6150 / DVD±R/RW Drive / 802.11A,G,N With Vista Home Premium. This Touch-Screen notebook pc is my new favorite Tech Toy. Small (12'' screen) so I can carry it with me around the house and read my email, eBooks and web site pages. I can rotate the screen panel and lay it down flat so I can only see the 12'' screen, good for reading. It has touch screen so I don't need to use the keyboard or touch pad to turn pages. The notebook comes with a pen styles so you can turn the ebook/web site pages. Or you can use your finger nail to move and and click on the touch screen.
The weight is 4.49lbs so it's not as light as a book, but not as heavy as a 17'' Notebook Pc. I bough a 17'' notebook Pc last year thinking I could carry it with me to do my eBook, web site page reading. There was no way the 17'' notebook was too big, too heavy and too hot. One nice thing about this small notebook is after reading eBooks I can open and rotate the screen to use it as a Pc. HP call this notebook a Entertainment PC so you can play Videos off the Internet or DVD's, Play Music off the Internet or CD's, Play Games, and you can even chat face-to-face with the webcam and integrated microphone.

My Favorite Features: This HP Pavilion TX1420US has a 12" Rotating Touch-Screen. Fast Wi-Fi wireless with 802.11a/b/g/n. A big 250GB (5400 rpm) hard drive. CD/DVD burner, HP LightScribe to apply silkscreen-quality text, photos, and graphics to disc. Nvidia GeForce Go 6150 graphics for playing Pc games. A Built-in Webcam (on top of screen), microphone and Integrated Fingerprint Reader, fingerprint reader instead of a password for added security when accessing your on-line accounts. A button to rotate the image on the screen to any side's of the screen, wide view or long view. Notebook Mobile Remote Control.
Opinion: I really like (Love) this lit notebook for all the extras it has.
Cons: only one, the styles pen gets stuck in the holder that's on the side of the notebook.
